Education support
Schäfer-Menk cooperates with secondary schools – our door is open for students interested in work experience. They can start an employment relationship with us after finishing studies. Our mentors work with students on graduate theses.
Employee fundraising
The employees have maximum support from the company management in volunteer activities, organizing fundraisers, etc. We established the SCHÄFER MENK FOUNDATION in 2022.
